How we use your information when you compare plans, request assistance and use our tools.

Controller and contact
ComparaUno is responsible for the information it receives through this website and its CRM. For privacy enquiries, access, correction or deletion, contact soporte@ComparaUno.cl. We will verify your identity proportionately and will never ask for your password.
Quotes and follow-up
When you authorise a request, we store your name, WhatsApp number, region, municipality, address, service, plan where applicable, consent, source and assistance status. If an enabled process requires a national ID number, we explain its purpose and request the appropriate authorisation. Details are restricted to the administrator and authorised adviser. Submitting a request does not confirm coverage, a subscription or payment.
Coverage and prepared messages
The public coverage tool prepares your address and preferences in page memory; it does not submit them to the CRM on its own. Copying a summary places it on your device clipboard. Opening a WhatsApp link shares the information included in the message URL with that service; review it before continuing. Sending it to an adviser is completed in WhatsApp.
Conversations with Uno
Before starting the chat, you are asked to authorise history storage. Messages and the enquiry reference help continue assistance. Web history is accessible for 30 days after the last activity and includes a deletion option. Sales requests already registered are managed separately. Read Uno’s specific notice before starting.
Cookies, preferences and Analytics
Necessary features use browser storage and session cookies to remember choices, maintain conversations and protect access. Cookie preferences are retained for up to 180 days. You can change them in the footer. Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics consent; withdrawing it stops new events and removes Analytics cookies known to this website. Removal does not automatically erase information already processed by Google.
What we measure and exclude
Optional measurement records pages, sales-related clicks and completed requests with restricted campaign parameters. Events exclude names, phone numbers, addresses, national ID numbers and message text. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Marketing consent does not itself enable an unconfigured campaign or provider.

Providers and external channels
Hosting processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. WhatsApp and Google are involved when you use their enabled features. AI and conversation-continuity integrations require activation and the relevant notices before context is transferred. Do not send passwords, documents or banking details in the chat. Commercial background checks are restricted to authorised tools and staff.
Retention and your requests
CRM records are retained while needed to handle a request, resolve incidents and meet applicable obligations. There is no general automatic deletion of all sales requests. We assess deletion requests and information that must be retained for justified reasons; audit records and backups may be handled separately. You may withdraw authorisation for future uses and request a review at soporte@ComparaUno.cl.
Legal framework
This information considers Law 19.628 currently in force. The reform under Law 21.719 takes effect on 1 December 2026; procedures must be reviewed under the applicable framework. Publishing this notice does not itself certify compliance across the entire operation.
